Allan Jurney
Allan Jurney graduated from Las Cruces High School with an emphasis in agriculture and horticulture and still resides in Las Cruces.  He started employment with GenCon in 1994 as a carpenter and welder.  Allan has worked in all phases of building construction including concrete, framing, steel erection, metal studs and drywall, and trim carpentry.  In 1998 he became a project superintendent for the company.

Mr. Jurney is currently the Project Superintendent for the 2009 Addition & Renovation to Arrey Elementary School – $3,966,103.

Tom Smith
Tom Smith graduated from Hot Springs High School in Truth or Consequences and is currently residing in Las Cruces, New Mexico.  He served in the United States Air Force with an honorable discharge in 1962.  He has taken classes in Uniform Building Codes and operating levels and transits.  He holds a certified crane operator’s license and a New Mexico GB-98 contractor’s license #054015.  He has worked as a construction superintendent since 1975.

As Project Superintendent, Tom will be responsible for building a quality project within the terms of the contract documents.  He will effectively manage a productive labor force including subcontractors and material suppliers.  He will interface with the appropriate governmental agencies to coordinate and expedite the review, approval and permit process.  Through enforcement of a site safety program he will ensure a safe work environment.
