Office Management Staff

Cindy Frost
Ms. Frost is GenCon’s Contracts Administrator.  She has held this position for more than 15 years.  She works very closely with the architects’ offices, assuring accurate communication and efficient flow of paper work on projects.  She is also responsible for maintaining current insurance requirements for all sub-contractors.  She coordinates material shipments with the project superintendents for prompt deliveries of materials to the project site.  Ms. Frost’s prior employment experience was in the banking and mortgage loan field.  Ms. Frost is a resident of Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Connie Schwettmann
Ms. Schwettmann is the Financial Manager for GenCon Corporation and is a resident of Las Cruces, New Mexico.  She joined GenCon’s staff in 2000 and is responsible for all aspects of the financial management of GenCon’s accounting department.  She is directly responsible for preparing financial statements, jobs in progress reports and works closely with independent accountants who prepare year end audits/reviews.  She is in charge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax reporting and maintains GenCon’s insurance.  She coordinates all accounting functions using Sage Master Builder computer software.  In addition to her nine years with GenCon, Ms. Schwettmann previously was the office manager and head bookkeeper for a local CPA firm for eleven years.

Judy Schaffer
As Comptroller she is responsible for internal quality control of accounting, information and communication.  Ms. Schaffer is a 1961 graduate of Oklahoma State University and has been with GenCon since the company was organized in 1977 and is a resident of Las Cruces, New Mexico.  She has extensive experience in computer accounting systems as well as computer generated reporting, utilizing both HP3000 and Windows based software systems.  The data processing procedures provide a complete job cost analysis on all projects.  She will be responsible for ensuring that the project receives all of the necessary in-house resources and manpower to reach the project goals.
