Garry D. Keyes
Mr. Keyes graduated in 1985 from New Mexico State University with a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering and is a resident of Las Cruces, New Mexico.  He has 28 years experience as a draftsman, surveyor, estimator and project manager.  He has worked for GenCon Corporation as a Project Engineer for 24 years.  He has 18 years experience operating Auto Cad LT by Autodesk and Turboproject by IMSI for Windows.  He is responsible for coordinating submittals, estimating project costs and acting as a project manager.  As project manager he will provide a single point of responsibility, managing the entire job.  He will develop a strong project team and workforce beginning with the Project Superintendent by providing motivation and leadership and will work closely with the Owner, Architect, Engineers and Subcontractors throughout the entire project.
