GenCon Corporation prides itself in being able to work within the necessary requirements of all regulatory agencies connected to the construction process. We have always complied with regulations and rulings and have been free of any determinations by a court or administrative agency of repeated or willful violations pertaining to the following agencies:  New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, Office of Safety & Health Administration, Construction Industry Division.  We have not had any violations of the Subcontractor Fair Practices Act.  We also have worked closely with the State Fire Marshall’s Office in complying with all of their requirements on specific projects.
